What is Earned Wage Access

Earned Wage Access gives your employees access to money they have earned throughout the month, an advance on completed work before their scheduled payday.  This is not a loan or credit, always accessing wages for completed work.

This provides workers with greater financial flexibility, helping them to cover unexpected expenses or emergencies without resorting to high-interest loans or credit cards.

What is the difference between Simple Earned Wage Access in h.Now and Full Earned Wage Access in the Custom plan?

With h.Now, employees will be able to access £200 on day 5 of the pay cycle as a one-off accrual. Only employees who earned this amount are eligible - as guaranteed by the employers. Employees can make unlimited transactions.

In our custom option, employees can see their earned wage throughout the month, and access it as needed. Employees pay a small fee per transaction.

How do we get started?

Sign up by selecting one of our plans (h.Go, h.Now, or Custom). We need to know a few company details such as the number of employees and your industry. Once you've completed the sign up process, we will reach out for the next steps in your onboarding journey. 

Can all of our employees get access?

Yes, all employees can in principle get access to any of Hastee's services. You can define the conditions that apply to Earned Wage Access in h.Now and Custom during the onboarding process for your company. Afterwards, employees simply install the app on their phone and register through the dedicated company page. 

Is there a payroll risk?

No. You will pay your employees’ wages as normal, minus what we have advanced to them, so there is no risk that we cause any delay to your staff receiving their pay from you.

Is it difficult to set up and run Hastee?

No. Hastee has been designed to require the minimal amount of time and resource to both set-up and run on an on-going basis.
